With a team of 14 and 4 dedicated crews, we specialize in high-quality outdoor spaces including patios, retaining walls, stonework, and full landscape builds. We're hiring hardscape crew members for the upcoming season, with opportunities for both seasonal and year-round positions . What You'll Do Garden installation and maintenance Assist with tree planting and garden prep. Collaborate on full landscape installations that integrate planting with stone features Help maintain our nursery Operate tools and equipment (training provided if needed) Work as part of a team to complete high-end outdoor projects

Who We're Looking For Experienced Candidates:

Background in gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or related fields Plant knowledge (perennials, shrubs, trees) is a strong plus Experience with garden installation, soil prep, or nursery work Ability to take initiative and assist in leading planting projects

Entry-Level Candidates:

Interest in gardening, plants, and outdoor work Willingness to learn plant care, installation techniques, and landscape skills Comfortable with physical, hands-on outdoor work Reliable and team-oriented No experience? We're willing to train the right person. Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($18-$28/hr.)
