Full-Time Openings Start Dates:
July 6, 2026 and August 10, 2026 We are seeking two dependable, hardworking individuals to join our cultivation team at a licensed recreational cannabis production facility. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. We're looking for people who take pride in showing up on time, every day, ready to work. Responsibilities Plant care and maintenance Transplanting, pruning, trellising, and defoliation Harvest and post-harvest activities Cleaning and sanitation of cultivation areas Moving supplies and materials throughout the facility Following standard operating procedures and cultivation schedules Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including occasional weekends as needed Ability to frequently lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the workday Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in cannabis cultivation, commercial agriculture, greenhouse operations, nursery work, landscaping, or similar plant-focused environments Basic understanding of plant health, irrigation, and cultivation practices Specific software or cultivation system experience is not required. We can teach our processes. What we cannot teach is reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Attendance is critical to this position. Applicants should have a proven track record of arriving on time, communicating professionally, and maintaining consistent attendance.
