Job Description
Sweetwater Farms is one of Washington's original craft cannabis brands, specializing in indoor living soil cultivation, small-batch quality, and premium cannabis products. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role supporting both farm operations and our social media presence. This position will work directly alongside our General Manager to help manage daily responsibilities across the farm and production facilities while also helping grow and strengthen the Sweetwater Farms brand online through engaging social media content and storytelling. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to learn the ins and outs of running a cannabis operation from the ground up. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Farm Support Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operational tasks Help organize and file paperwork, records, and internal documents Assist with payroll preparation and employee-related administrative tasks Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational logistics Run errands and assist with tasks between farm and production facilities Learn the day-to-day operations of the cultivation and processing departments Help improve organization and workflow efficiency across departments Communicate professionally with employees and assist with internal coordination Provide general support wherever needed throughout the facility Help manage multiple moving priorities and projects simultaneously Social Media & Content Creation Capture photo and video content around the farm and facilities Help maintain and manage social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok Assist with creating engaging content that showcases the Sweetwater Farms brand, culture, and products Capture behind-the-scenes footage, harvests, products, events, and team moments Help brainstorm and execute marketing and promotional ideas Maintain consistency in posting and social engagement Qualifications Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized Strong communication and multitasking skills Self-motivated with the ability to adapt and problem solve Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while staying organized Experience with social media platforms and content creation Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional, dependable, and proactive Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Growth Opportunity This position will begin as part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role depending on fit, performance, and company needs.
