We are a commercial landscape maintenance company based out of Everett on Highway 99. We provide full landscape care to homeowner associations, business parks, condos, medical facilities, and homeowners between Marysville and Kirkland. We aim to be the "go to" commercial landscape outfit on the Northend. Our 4-person office and 25+ landscaping crew members are working hard to make this goal happen. Our hope is that you can help further this mission and provide your expertise as part of the team. The Irrigation Technician Position We're looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. This position requires a thorough understanding of sprinkler systems to independently diagnose and perform repairs on lines, wiring, vales, sprinkler heads, and controllers.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, valves, controllers, drip systems)
  • Perform seasonal system start-ups and winterizations
  • Adjust irrigation systems for optimal water efficiency
  • Identify leaks, clogs, and electrical issues and resolve them promptly
  • Install new irrigation components and assist with system upgrades
  • Work efficiently across multiple job sites daily
  • Train and support technician trainees as needed
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports
  • Daily communication with supervisors and customers
  • Perform other landscape maintenance activities in slow season to maintain full time schedule
Qualifications:
  • Irrigation experience (installation and service)
  • Able to speak in English to talk to customers and managers
  • Able to write in one language, either English or Spanish
  • Ability to read and interpret system layouts
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License
  • Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required if driving company vehicles)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
  • Perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions
  • Regular walking, kneeling, and digging
Work Schedule:
  • 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)
  • Overtime opportunities available for Fridays during peak season
  • 7 AM to 5:30PM with a 30 minute lunch
