Job Description

We're Hiring:
Join Our Growing Farm Team! We are seeking two experienced farmers to join our team for the rest of the 2026 season! Farming is challenging but incredibly rewarding work, and we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with us. This isn't just a seasonal job—it's an opportunity to be part of a long-term vision for small-scale, regenerative farming in our region.
About Us:
Frisky Girl Farm, established in 2019, is a five-acre, woman-owned and operated vegetable and flower farm located in North Bend, Washington. We are committed to growing healthy food that builds healthy bodies, using sustainable practices such as cover cropping, composting, crop rotation, and organic pest control methods. Our produce is enjoyed by the local community through our customizable CSA program and farm stand. Steel Wheel Farm, founded by first-generation farmers in 2011, is dedicated to improving the way produce is grown, harvested, and distributed. We believe that quality food begins with the farmer, and we provide only fresh, local, and naturally grown items to our community, including neighborhoods, farmers markets, chefs, and farm cooperatives. Together, as we merge in 2026, we are combining our strengths to create a diversified vegetable and grain farm in Fall City, WA. Our mission is to be quality-driven, environmentally friendly, and stewards of the land, providing our community with high-quality, locally grown food.
