Experienced Flower Technician Free Rain Farms Inc. - 5.0 Ferndale, WA Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Paid sick time Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail Crop production Weight checks Clean workspace maintenance Agriculture Full Job Description Job Description The Flower Tech is responsible for supporting daily flowering operations by completing crop work efficiently, maintaining plant health, and ensuring cleanliness and quality standards throughout the cultivation facility. This role works closely with the Flower Lead to keep production rooms on schedule through pruning, deleafing, trellising, plant support, sanitation, and routine plant monitoring. The ideal candidate maintains a consistent work pace, identifies and reports plant or irrigation issues early, follows established procedures, and contributes to a clean, organized, team-oriented environment focused on high-quality crop production.
Workload Expectations Pruning :
3-4 tables per week Canopy support : 7 crops (team effort)
Deleafing :
4-5 tables per week
Sanitation/Reset :
15 tables (team effort)
Responsibilities Mondays :
Focus on Veg and Flower Set Up .
This includes:
moving veg plants to the flower rooms, arranging the plants on the tables, installing drippers, dropping and layering trellis, recording notes regarding the plants, and end of day clean up.
Tuesdays :
Focus on starting work with Week 3 plants and assign 3-4 tables per week.
Wednesdays :
Focus on finishing work with Week 3 plants by end of day.
Thursdays :
Focus on structure and clean up . This includes the trellis train, checking on Week 4-8 plants and supporting where needed, removing damaged trellis, and deleafing Week 5 plants (4-5 tables per week).
Fridays :
Focus on clean up and preparation for the next week .
This includes:
sanitizing (15 tables and surrounding areas), installing new trellis, and deleafing Week 5 (4-5 tables per week). Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years experience in cultivating Cannabis or other relevant field Positive mindset & ability to work with others Reliable with numbers and goal-oriented Clear communication skills Close attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. Speed, accuracy, and consistency Basic weights and measures, ability to operate a scale Willing to stay late to finish tasks All employees are not limited to one specific role but may be required to work in multiple departments as needs arise.

From $20.00 per hour
