As a Cannabis Cultivator, you will be at the forefront of sustainable farming practices, contributing to the production of premium cannabis products while gaining valuable experience in horticulture and agriculture. Duties Prepare and maintain growing areas, greenhouses, ensuring optimal conditions for plant development Water plants consistently using irrigation systems, adjusting schedules based on plant needs and environmental conditions Monitor plant health daily by identifying pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and other issues, applying appropriate treatments as needed Prune, train, and support plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment to transplant seedlings, harvest crops, and perform routine maintenance tasks Record detailed data on plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and treatments to ensure accurate tracking of crop progress Assist with harvesting, trimming, curing, and packaging processes to prepare products for distribution Requirements Prior experience in growing plants or farming environments such as horticulture, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques to maintain healthy crops Hands-on experience with greenhouse operations or outdoor cultivation is preferred Ability to identify various plant species and diagnose common plant health issues accurately Mechanical knowledge related to operating hand tools and small farm equipment safely and effectively Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Basic math skills for measuring nutrients, adjusting irrigation schedules, and recording data accurately Familiarity with gardening practices such as pruning, staking, transplanting, and soil management Join us in cultivating excellence!
