Job Description

Legendary Laboratories is seeking motivated and reliable Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to join our indoor cultivation team in Spokane, Washington. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality cannabis in a fast-paced commercial grow environment.
Responsibilities:
⁠Plant maintenance and daily crop care. ⁠Transplanting, pruning, trellising, defoliation, and harvesting. Cleaning and sanitation of cultivation rooms and equipment. Monitoring plant health and reporting issues. Assisting with integrated pest management (IPM). Packaging and post-harvest support as needed. ⁠ ⁠
Qualifications:
Cannabis cultivation experience preferred. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn. ⁠Knowledge of irrigation systems. Knowledge of environmental controls. Trimming and post-harvest processing. ⁠Knowledge of cannabis nutrients and plant deficiencies⁠.⁠ Must be 21+ years old.
