Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer to join our vibrant cultivation team. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and preparing cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards and aesthetic appeal. Your work will directly impact the final product, helping us deliver premium cannabis to our customers. Whether you're experienced in gardening, farming, or outdoor work, your skills will contribute to the success of our cultivation operations. Responsibilities Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to enhance their appearance and quality. Remove excess leaves, stems, and other plant material using hand tools such as scissors and trimming machines. Ensure plants are properly dried and cured according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools to uphold a safe and hygienic environment. Assist with plant identification to ensure proper handling and processing of different strains. Support the cultivation team with tasks related to irrigation, watering, and general plant care when needed. Follow all safety protocols related to handling horticultural equipment and working in outdoor or greenhouse settings. Experience Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, farming, or landscaping is highly desirable. Knowledge of greenhouse operations or outdoor cultivation practices is a plus. Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care, or agriculture enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools are beneficial for efficient trimming tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of outdoor work daily. Basic math skills for measuring plant material and managing inventory accurately. A passion for plants, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward teamwork are essential for success in this role.
