This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation, crop management, and sustainable farming practices. As a Growers Assistant, you'll support the growth process from planting to harvest, ensuring optimal conditions for plant health and productivity. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and passion for horticulture will help drive our mission to produce high-quality produce while maintaining environmentally responsible practices. Duties Assist with planting, transplanting, and maintaining crops in greenhouse settings Monitor crop health regularly by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies through plant identification skills Support integrated pest management strategies to control pests while minimizing chemical use Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for soil preparation, planting, pruning, and harvesting tasks Maintain detailed records of crop growth stages, pest control measures, and environmental conditions Help implement agricultural environmental control systems to optimize growing conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels Join us to cultivate your skills in agriculture.
