Waitsburg, Washington About Us:

We are a devout Catholic family operating a dryland wheat farm in SE Washington. Our operation includes large-scale wheat production and a flock of laying chickens. We are looking for a hardworking individual who respects our faith and values a rural lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Wheat Operations:

Operate and maintain heavy machinery (tractors, combines, sprayers) for seeding, tilling, and harvest.

Poultry Care:

Daily feeding, watering, and egg collection for laying chickens; maintaining coop hygiene.

General Labor:

Basic equipment maintenance, construction, and groundskeeping.

Logistics:

Assist with grain transport and delivery during peak season and egg deliveries.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior experience with dryland farming or heavy machinery is preferred but we are willing to teach if you want to learn.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Reliability:

Must have a valid driver's license.
