Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic agricultural team here at Ebert Enterprises as an Entry Level Farm/Parlor Worker, where you will play a vital role in supporting daily farm operations and animal care. This entry-level position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and gain more knowledge in the agricultural field. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their knowledge and contribute to a family of businesses that prides itself in employee development and promotes from within.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to change Ability to lift 50 pounds, kneel, climb, stand and remain upright, walk, move, sit and remain stationary Ability to use a computer/phone to enter or read data Awareness of your work environment to ensure safe work practices
Work Relationships:
A team player who has strong communication skills and a drive to better our company with shared growth throughout all companies.
Daily work duties can include:
  • Work with a safety mindset
  • Willingness to care for animals
  • General cleaning of work area
  • Parlor/milking duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Schedule:
Full-time hours, schedule is rotational and dependant on department. AM/PM shifts available between 8-12 hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build foundational skills in farming while contributing to the health of livestock and the efficiency of farm operations.
