Seasonal Tractor Operator in our Harvest Operation We are looking for experienced tractor and small crawler operators to become valued members of our annual sphagnum harvest crew. For over 90 years, we have led the Wisconsin sphagnum moss industry, harvesting in a sustainable manner so this wild moss grows back. You will learn all about sphagnum moss and how we harvest it. We have only three positions available including: Operating one of our Oliver Crawlers extracting a load of newly harvested moss from the marsh to landing or running next to one of our Moss Pulling Machines Operating one of our tractors pulling the load to the loading area Ideal candidates will have experience driving tractors and light equipment. We are harvesting now through the end of November. We will also consider students with farming experience for summer positions. 40 hours/week Monday - Friday. Some overtime may be available but not required. The crew assembles at our plant in Millston and drive together to the harvest site, about 20 minutes away.
