We are custom operation. We do custom harvesting of hay, corn, soybeans, and wheat, and do fieldwork. We also do manure application on fields. We use semi-tractor and trailers for hauling haylage, grains, manure, and corn silage. We need seasonal employees to assist with the following job duties. Must be able to drive semi-truck. Semi-drivers will be required to haul loads to and from field and be able to do walk around inspections and fueling their own equipment at the start of each day. All employees must follow any instructions given to them in the field. Every worker will be required to do semi driving top transport crops from field to storage. Employees will need to operate farm equipment and complete general farm labor job duties. Employer may pay performance based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion and per employee basis.
