Job Description

Lead Irrigation Technician We are seeking an experienced irrigation professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of large-scale agricultural irrigation systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, team supervision, inventory management, and supporting related electrical projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience with irrigation systems, pumps, controls, and electrical components Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and coordinate a team Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator Agricultural or industrial maintenance experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$45-$50/hour, depending on experience Full-time position Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off
