Job Description

Job Overview CCRC Farms is looking for a dependable, reliable, and self-driven individual to fulfill the Field Manager position.
RESPONSABILITIES
- The following is a list of general responsibilities for this position. It is understood that these general responsibilities are not inclusive of all the duties that this position requires but instead are intended as a general scope of work. Assist with all farming operations. Assist with equipment repair, shop operations, cost control, and in field implement setup. Oversee employees working on ranch. Install, maintain & repair Irrigation Systems. Spraying herbicide and insecticides. Operate equipment for orchard and row crop production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in farm management. Must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to communicate well with fellow employees. Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Have a general knowledge of GPS tractor guidance and leveling systems. Read, write, and speak English and Speak basic conversational Spanish. This position reports to the General Ranch Manager. This position directly supervises 5-10 employees. The position shall carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures and applicable laws. Such supervisory responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to; assigning and directing work; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and disputes.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - open based on work experience.
