Experienced PCA CCA Farm Manager

A large and reputable California farming operation is looking to hire an Experienced PCA CCA Farm Manager . Responsibilities:

Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to tillage, maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc. Help manage the scheduling of fertilizer applications, irrigation, and chemical applications Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions Support innovation of farm practices Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are always followed

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in agriculture and farm management A bachelor's degree or higher in an agricultural related field Must have a current CCA and PCA Vast knowledge of crop production Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team Candidates must currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver's license Please submit a resume for consideration.
