• Full-time We are looking for a cannabis cultivation manager with 3+ years of experience in the field.

Description Role and Responsibilities:

The Cultivation Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of the 3,000sqft cultivation facility.

Specific job responsibilities include:

Oversight and participation in the entire production process, including, but not limited to, all things from propagation to packaged product Interviewing, selecting & training team members Scheduling, planning, and delegating work among staff members Performance management, including assessing employee skillset, productivity, and efficiency Addressing employee complaints and administering employee discipline as needed Ensure compliance to State, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures always Ensuring the use of the state compliance software, METRC, is up-to-date and accurate

• tracking plants from propagation to packaged product Oversee the facility maintenance schedule, including HVAC, electric, plumbing, etc.

Attend facility walk-throughs and audits to ensure compliance Adherence to site-specific corporate-approved special requests Coordination with outside vendors for ordering supplies

Supplies Management:

maintaining inventory, planning, and monitoring consumption rates Management reserves the right to assign other job duties as necessary Requirements, Qualifications, & Education Requirements Must be 21+ years of old Bachelor's degree OR equivalent on-the-job horticulture experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Exceptional verbal and written communication Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and strong math skills Valid Colorado MED Employee License 1-3 years minimum of prior experience managing employees Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
