We are seeking a clever and enthusiastic individual who is looking to further their career as a manager in the Farm Equipment field. This role will provide the successful candidate opportunities to lead a fully-operational location (sales, parts, service). Ag Equipment experience is required along with a strong desire and aptitude to win! Sales experience is a nice-to-have but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility to operate a safe, profitable, growing Ag Equipment dealership. Develop trusted partner relationships with customer and the local community. Develop a great knowledge of customers' Ag operations and equipment needs. Drive customer satisfaction as a tip of the spear with customers. Lead strategic selling with key customers Manage sales, parts and service team while spearheading inventory decisions and management. Work with Redlund, manufacturer, industry, and other resources to thoroughly develop and execute a location strategy and plan. Maintain awareness of manufacturer products and programs/promotions for use in driving customers satisfaction and sales. Drive dealership profitability through the development of top-tier teams, revenue growth and expense discipline. Identify and implement product and inventory strategies to best serve the local customer base.
