Term:
Full-Time, Permanent (Day 1) About the Opportunity Synergy Employment Group has partnered with a leading regional leader in the food processing and vegetable production industry to find a dedicated Agricultural Field Manager. This is a Direct Hire position, meaning you're a permanent employee of our client partner from day one. This role is the critical link between the processing facility and our network of contracted growers. Seasonality:
This role follows the natural rhythm of the harvest. During Peak Season (July - Mid-November), you will work up to 80 hours per week with a schedule dictated by crop needs.

Provide technical guidance to farmers regarding soil health and crop progress. Ensure all field operations meet strict food safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records and schedules using basic computer applications. Qualifications & Requirements
Practical Experience:
A strong background in hands-on farming, commercial landscaping, crop production, or professional pesticide/fertilizer application.

Physicality:
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and stand/walk for extended periods.

Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily to regional growers. Why Apply?
Permanent Placement:
You are hired directly by the employer.
Professional Growth:
Gain high-level agricultural certifications and licenses with company support.
