Job Description

We are currently working with a company that is actively seeking a Seed Manager to join their team in Western Illinois. They're looking for real leader with prior experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Also, looking for someone with excellent management skills that's good with people and they're ready to hire immediately upon finding the best qualified candidate. This company provides very competitive pay (SIX figures), benefits, 401K, Profit sharing, retirement, and paid time off within a company that provides a great culture for committed people.
Seed Manager Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience managing a seed department
  • Knowledge and understanding of seed programs
  • Sales training skills
  • Well organized
