This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of service, performance, and team development as we continue to expand our footprint. Responsibilities Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports for assigned locations. Lead, train, and mentor team members to uphold company standards and foster professional growth. Travel regularly between Iowa offices and occasionally to other Midwest locations. Collaborate with local managers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth. Monitor daily routes and completed services to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Requirements Prior management or supervisory experience, ideally in pest control or a related service industry. Strong knowledge of pest control practices, products, and compliance standards (preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development.
