We are seeking a Hog Barn Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our SHF Hog Complex. This role is hands-on and essential to maintaining animal health, enforcing biosecurity, and ensuring facilities are operating at a high standard. Why You'll Love This Role As the Hog Barn Supervisor, you'll: Perform daily barn chores (2x/day) Monitor feed, water, temperature, and ventilation Identify and treat animal health issues Assist with loading/unloading hogs Maintain clean, organized barns and facilities Follow strict biosecurity protocols Handle mortality management and recordkeeping Complete basic maintenance and repairs What We're Looking For Reliable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and prioritize tasks Positive attitude and strong work ethic Livestock experience preferred (will train the right person) Why You'll Love Working at
