Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee and manage daily operations on our farm located in Independence, KY. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient, sustainable, and profitable farming practices while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Manage and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, and weather to adjust farming plans accordingly. Experience in operating farm machinery and maintaining farm equipment and ensure safe operation protocols are followed. Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to farming operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Farm Manager or similar role in agricultural management. Strong knowledge of farming operations, crop management, and equipment maintenance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for agricultural enterprises. Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm machinery.
