Flower Farm Harvest Manager Weatherlow Farms Westport, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $25 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Outdoor work Packing Produce E-commerce High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description 2026 Floral Harvest Manager Weatherlow Farms, Westport MA Starting at $25/hr Low Season (April + November): 20 hrs/week, 3 days/week, Mon-Weds High Season (May through October): 40 hrs/week, 5 days/week, Mon-Fri The responsibility of this role on our flower team will be to lead all aspects of harvesting and packing all varieties of specialty cut flowers, including:
  • Learning and mastering all flower variety names, habits, and characteristics
  • Harvest and post-harvest handling of all florals
  • Wholesale order preparation and packing, including inventory/cooler management
  • Assisting with weekly estimates and harvest projections
  • Help field and greenhouse team with planting and crop maintenance in low season Additional responsibilities, if time and interest allows:
  • Assist with harvest and processing of dried flowers, for seed saving and floral design and farm kitchen uses
  • Take over, tweak, improve, and manage wholesale ordering e-commerce system Candidate must be:
  • Excited to commit to a full growing season as a vital member of our small team, and passionately Interested in the wild and beautiful world of specialty cut flowers
  • Able to work outside, with early mornings and long days, in extremely variable New England weather conditions while maintaining a sense of humor
  • Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
  • In possession of a viable (and clean) drivers license, and a mode of transport to and from work
