About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a career oriented individual for an assistant plant management at our Bridger, MT dry edible bean processing plant. This is a salaried, exempt position. What You'll Do This is an agriculture based position responsible for all phases of the grower relationship including seed sales, contracting and receiving beans at harvest. Plant management duties encompass overall plant operations including production, quality control, food safety, employee safety and personnel management. Position is located in Bridger, MT, and must be willing to travel to Terry, MT. Opportunity for career advancement, including potential promotion to Plant Manager for high-performing candidates.
