Assistant Manager - Animal Health & Poultry ServicesCompetitive Pay | Benefits Package | Company Truck Provided Are you a bilingual leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a direct impact on customer success? We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our growing Animal Health & Poultry Services team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing employees, building customer relationships, and working in a hands-on environment. The successful candidate will help oversee field operations that support the poultry industry while ensuring excellent customer service and team performance. What You'll Do Assist in managing and leading a diverse team of employees serving poultry operations. Coordinate and oversee litter treatment, insecticide application, and rodent control programs. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Train, motivate, and develop employees to improve team performance and accountability. Help recruit and grow a strong workforce to support company growth. Schedule work activities and assist with daily operational planning. Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of company equipment. Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees and customers. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service. QualificationsRequired Fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform light equipment maintenance. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience in poultry production, agriculture, animal health, pest management, or a related industry. Previous supervisory, management, or crew leadership experience. Experience operating agricultural or commercial equipment. Schedule Consistent daily start time. Flexible daily hours based on customer and operational needs.
