Duties Daily chores for cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, and greenhouse vegetables. Running the farm stand Moving cattle and chickens Farm projects Qualifications Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with the manager Comfortable working with large animals, strong and agile enough to stay safe among cattle and pigs Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly in outdoor conditions; comfort working in varying weather conditions Independence and creativity to solve problems and accomplish new projects alone Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks related to farming operations Join us as we cultivate sustainable agriculture practices while fostering a positive Christian environment.
