This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. A past history in water and wastewater treatment plant work experience is desired for this position. Job Requirements Manage large construction projects from planning through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and manpower Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders Conduct jobsite visits and attend progress meetings Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and company policies Lead internal project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership Support pre-construction efforts including bid reviews and project planning as needed Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in construction project management with a history of managing water and wastewater treatment plant work. Background in civil construction, utilities, earthwork, concrete, paving, or similar industries preferred Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience managing project budgets and schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Outlook Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
