This role blends agriculture, hospitality, and team leadership—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment where no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign daily tasks for team members, including field work, greenhouse duties
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Oversee greenhouse operations, including plant ordering, layout design, and ongoing plant care
• Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors for operational needs such as organic produce orders, propane refills, porta potties, dumpster swaps, and truck deliveries
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing seasonal festivals and events, helping bring the farm's attractions to life throughout the year including tulip festival, sunflower festival, lavender festival…
• Oversee field maintenance to ensure crops, grounds, and visitor areas are well-kept and safe
• Supervise barnyard animal care, ensuring proper feeding, cleanliness, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with ownership and vendors to support business growth and maintain smooth daily operations Job Requirements Experience in farm management, greenhouse operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a young, evolving team Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with vendor coordination and inventory management is a plus
