Job Description

Country View Family Farms is seeking a hands-on, analytical, and relationship-driven Finishing Service Manager to lead and support a team of Finishing Service Supervisors and contracted growers. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between ownership and producers, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, biosecurity compliance, and industry-leading animal welfare standards. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced agricultural production environments and is passionate about continuous improvement.
