This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and drives measurable production results. What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop farm teams with a hands-on management style
  • Execute strategic plans that support both immediate production needs and long-term growth
  • Track and report key metrics: mortality, FCR, weights, cost, and marketability
  • Participate directly in daily farm tasks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety
  • Improve labor utilization, facility performance, and operational processes
  • Prepare cost analyses and capital project proposals with clear ROI
  • Coordinate bird movements, counts, and vaccination schedules
  • Partner with production, service techs, and veterinary teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with animal welfare, food safety, and company standards What You Bring
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in poultry, livestock, or related ag operations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong decision-making ability with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple farm locations and organize weekly schedules
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of animal welfare standards and GMP
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements
  • Walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Lift 50 lbs. independently / 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Drive long distances between sites
  • Work in environments with odors, dust, chemicals, and biological exposure Compensation & Culture
  • Salary up to $75,000
