This leader will manage a team of 10 employees across several sites, working directly in daily farm operations while also providing supervision, training, and performance oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop farm teams across multiple locations Communicate and work directly with Spanish-speaking employees Participate in daily farm operations and ensure task completion Monitor flock performance, health, and production metrics Coordinate with production, vet, and maintenance teams Support vaccinations, bird movements, counts, and scheduling Drive operational efficiency and animal welfare compliance Travel between farms to ensure consistency and performance Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required 5+ years of supervisory experience in poultry, livestock, or agriculture Strong leadership and hands-on operational experience Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily Preferred Poultry or protein production experience Strong Excel and reporting skills If you're a bilingual agricultural leader who enjoys being in the field and leading teams, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
