Flower Farm Sales Manager Gardens of Arcadia is a specialty flower farm in Arcadia, Indiana focused on premium garden roses, heirloom-style roses, specialty cut flowers, custom bouquets, bouquet subscriptions, and wholesale floral sales. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Manager to help grow our customer base, develop wholesale accounts, and expand our bouquet sales, including one-time custom orders, recurring bouquet subscriptions, and corporate floral programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating new business opportunities, and helping grow an expanding specialty flower farm. Responsibilities Develop relationships with florists, floral designers, wedding professionals, event planners, and wholesale flower buyers Identify and contact new wholesale accounts through phone, email, social media, and in-person outreach Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline Help grow retail bouquet sales, including custom bouquet orders, one-time purchases, and bouquet subscriptions Develop corporate accounts, including offices, restaurants, hotels, and other recurring customers Track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities Work closely with farm management to support business growth and customer satisfaction Occasionally visit the farm to stay familiar with products, varieties, and seasonal availability Qualifications Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, customer success, or relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable reaching out to prospective customers by phone, email, and in person Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups Experience in florals, weddings, events, horticulture, agriculture, luxury products, or specialty retail is a plus Floral industry experience is strongly preferred CRM or sales tracking experience is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, not just making one-time sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, follows through on commitments, and enjoys helping customers find the right floral products for their needs. This is a hybrid position. While much of the sales activity can be performed remotely, the role requires regular visits to the farm to stay familiar with our products and occasional in-person meetings with customers and industry partners. Compensation $22-30 per hour depending on experience Performance bonuses based on new account development and sales growth
