Job Description
New York's famed Pastis, a longtime hot spot known for its Parisian fare from James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally, has made its way to the Music City. Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, Pastis Nashville features many of the beloved elements that define the iconic brand — a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all illuminated by the warm glow of Pastis' signature golden lighting. Pastis Nashville is seeking a well-rounded Beverage Manager to join the team! The ideal candidate will be excited about cultivating a close-knit team, staff education, and taking responsibility for managing the entirety of an evolving beverage/ bar program.
