Post‑Harvest Manager Agri‑Kind | Atlantic City, NJ Full‑Time Agri‑Kind is a New Jersey‑licensed adult‑use cannabis operator seeking an experienced Post‑Harvest Manager to lead drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and finished goods operations in a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, data‑driven leader with strong compliance knowledge and experience managing post‑harvest teams in cannabis or regulated production. What You'll Do Oversee all post‑harvest operations from harvest intake through finished goods Manage drying and curing programs to meet quality and moisture standards Supervise, train, and develop post‑harvest staff Ensure full compliance with NJ CRC regulations and internal SOPs Maintain accurate inventory and METRC tracking Partner cross‑functionally with Cultivation, QA/Compliance, Supply Chain, and Packaging Drive KPI‑based improvements to quality, yield, and throughput What We're Looking For 3-5 years of cannabis post‑harvest or regulated production experience 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Working knowledge of METRC or seed‑to‑sale systems Strong attention to detail and accountability in compliance‑driven environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours as needed Why Join Agri‑Kind Medical benefits eligible the first month after hire Leadership role with operational impact Fast‑growing, quality‑focused cannabis operator Equal Opportunity Employer Must be 21+ and meet all NJ cannabis employment requirements.
