Job Description

Description Are you a senior quantitative researcher looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to work with one of the world's leading CPG companies? We are looking for a Consumer Research Centre Director to join our client site in New Jersey! You will lead the operations of a state-of-the-art consumer and sensory research center, overseeing both facility management and the delivery of quantitative research projects. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day facility operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and staff assignments.
Oversee all quantitative research activities:
study design, costing, project management, programming, monitoring fieldwork, data processing, analysis, and reporting. Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent, screeners, and questionnaires. Ensure the facility is maintained in optimal testing condition, including tech setup, lab cleanliness, and inventory management. ✅ Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements, including adverse event and product quality complaint reporting. Direct client liaison on facility availability, research requests, and fieldwork operations. Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and schedule research projects. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in a related discipline (Consumer Science, Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology). Relevant industry experience. Strong background in quantitative research methodologies (e.g., CLTs, HUTs, etc.). Strong background in client relationships and team management. Proven experience in facility or operations management. Familiarity with research platforms and data analysis tools. Strong organizational, leadership, and communicational skills.
