Job Description

Busy Cape May County condo association accepting applications for an Assistant Condo Manager. Position entails working in conjunction with the Manager, staff and condo Board members to operate the building and ensure safe and enjoyable occupancy by all residents. Must be able to work weekends during the summer, less frequent weekend work needed during the Fall and Winter months. Position is 50% in-office, 50% conducting site tours and supervising staff and ensuring compliance with association rules and regulations. Candidates should have some management or supervisory experience within condo associations and/or hospitality businesses. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and broadcast communications via text messaging and email. For the ideal candidate, the position can be full or part time seasonal or full or part time year round. Depending on day of week and time of year, there will be some early evening work hours required. Competitive hourly compensation, some overtime possible. Season end bonus opportunity.
