HOA Manager

Coronado Condominiums is seeking a manager with an accounting background to oversee the billing and maintenance for our 188-condominium complex. Salary Annual salary would be $65,000. Work Hours Work hours for this position:

M-F 10 AM

to 7 PM. Supervision The manager will be responsible for the supervision of the bookkeeper, maintenance staff, night manager, and contractors. Responsibilities to Owners The manager will assist the owners as needed and orient new tenants. Billing The manager must be competent with accounting software, ideally EasyHOA. They will oversee the billing of owners. Vendors The manager will oversee vendors and pay them. Maintenance The manager will oversee the maintenance of the physical property. Pool During the summer months, the manager will supervise the operation and maintenance of the swimming pool. Board of Director Meetings The manager will present office reports to the board every month. Coronado Rules & Regulations The manager will be responsible for enforcing Coronado rules and regulations.

Pay:

$65,000.00 per year
