Lifeline Manager (NLAD Experienced)•

Houston, Dallas, San Antonio (Texas)

Compensation:

$15•17 per approved enrollment (based on volume) Overview We are actively expanding in Texas and looking for experienced Lifeline/NLAD Managers with active teams ready to scale. If you're already producing in Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio and want consistent inventory + weekly pay , let's partner. What You'll Do Manage and grow your existing Lifeline team in Texas Run daily field operations (street, events, retail locations) Ensure clean NLAD submissions (high approval rate) Maintain compliance + minimize chargebacks Scale production with support and inventory from our side Requirements NLAD / Lifeline experience

REQUIRED

Must currently operate in Texas markets Must have an active team of agents (or ability to scale quickly) Strong understanding of: SNAP / Medicaid eligibility Texas enrollment flow + documentation Leadership mindset + accountability Compensation Tiered weekly payouts: 1-50 approvals → $15/unit 51-100 → $16/unit 100+ → $17/unit Weekly pay (reliable + on time) Growth incentives for high-producing teams What We Provide Consistent
