SailTime represents one of the most exciting business opportunities in the boating industry in the past 20 years. We are a small business located in the Willoughby Bay area, seeking professionals interested in managing a franchise location that includes sailboat memberships, a certified sailing school for the American Sailing Association, and day and bareboat charters. We are looking for self-starters with sailing and yachting experience. Proven leadership skills are essential, and while a USCG Master's License is not required, it is highly desirable. The Manager position requires a professional who possesses a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and effective management abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both subordinates and superiors to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role demands an organized and detail-oriented individual who can take initiative, make decisions, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the Manager must have experience working with sailboats and marine engines, as this is a hands-on job. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary and flexible hours.
