Job Description

Aquaculture Technician Lush Corals 3469 West Boynton Beach Boulevard, Boynton Beach, FL 33436 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Job Summary Lush Corals is a rapidly growing saltwater aquarium and aquaculture company specializing in high-end reef systems, aquacultured corals, and conditioned marine livestock. We are looking for a passionate, hardworking Aquaculture Farm Technician to join our team and help support the day-to-day operations of our coral and fish systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who genuinely loves the hobby, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within the marine aquaculture industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor coral and fish systems Assist with coral propagation, fragging, and overall farm maintenance Support feeding, water changes, dosing, testing, and system upkeep Observe livestock health and report issues proactively Help maintain clean, organized, high-standard work areas Assist with receiving and acclimating livestock Follow established systems and operational procedures
Qualifications:
Strong saltwater aquarium knowledge required Experience working with coral systems, fish systems, or aquaculture preferred Experience working in a coral farm, fish farm, aquarium store, or similar environment is a major plus Marine Biology or related degree preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Team-oriented, dependable, coachable, and detail-focused Comfortable performing physical work and getting hands dirty
