Opportunity Details A hospital located in north-central Arizona has an opportunity for a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens coverage.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Daily Volume:

10 admissions

Patient Population:

Geriatric Duties:

Managing chronic conditions, preventative care & assessments, medication management, and care coordination

Support Staff:

MA and RN EMR:
