Ice Cream Truck Ambassador

Bonus Incentive :

$200 incentive after completing training and 30 shifts with no call-outs. We're currently seeking Ice Cream Truck Ambassadors to service the Phoenix Metro area. You'll be responsible for delivering delightful treats to schools, weddings, corporate events, summer camps, birthday parties and other venues. Alsies also performs neighborhood routes using our proprietary technology which allows customers to track the truck. Responsibilities Safely operate a full size cargo van to deliver ice cream in designated neighborhoods. Interact positively with customers of all ages, especially children and families. Handle cash/card transactions and maintain basic inventory. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Follow opening and closing procedures. Communicate availability and effectively work with a team. Inventory management Represent Alsies Tempe with a friendly, positive and customer-centric attitude. Qualifications Energetic and self-motivated Ability to follow operating procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Sales mindset A clean driving record (required). Candidate must be at least 21 years old Ability to pass a background check (required). Flexible availability (15-40+ hours per week).

Compensation & Benefits Pay :

$340 - $800 per week (hourly wage plus tips, depending on hours)

Hours :

15 - 40 per week, with flexible scheduling.
