25 Summary The Beach Crew Attendant provides service and assistance to members, hotel guests and guests of the beach and pool area. Monitors and corrects any deficiency found in and around the beach, pool and Club grounds. Promotes and follows LJBTC, Inc.'s Signature Service standards and requirements ensuring a lasting impression of exemplary service resulting in supremely satisfied and loyal members and guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up, monitors, and maintains the beach and pool areas.
• Delivers beach equipment as needed.
• Assists with removing, taking down and storing beach equipment at the end of the day as assigned by the Management team.
• Provides quality service to members and guests that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Takes ownership of member and guest complaints and concerns; and ensures that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Provides pass-down information if unable to complete request to appropriate persons.
• Sets up BBQ's, tables, chairs and umbrellas as directed.
• Maintains towel inventory and beach guest registration logs to established standards.
• Assists with trespassing viol.
