We currently have an opportunity for a Mini Bar Attendant to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort opening team! Responsibilities Accurately record mini bar usage and prepare billing information for guest charges. Ensure that all charges are processed correctly and promptly. Ensure mini bar refrigerators and storage areas are clean, hygienic, and in good working order. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any malfunctions or repairs needed. Track and record mini bar inventory levels. Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. Ensure all items are properly stocked, fresh, and neatly arranged. Replace any damaged or expired items. Replenish mini bar supplies in guest rooms, including beverages, snacks, and other items. Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding to requests or inquiries about minibar items. Handle guest complaints or issues related to the mini bar promptly and professionally. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across a work shift. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills for inventory management and billing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively or as a part of a team. Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Provide legible communication. Physical mobility and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
