This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met through exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of sterile processing and inventory management, along with the ability to lead and supervise teams effectively. A background in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology will be beneficial in this position. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee the sterile processing department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Manage inventory control processes, including tracking supplies and equipment. Supervise staff, providing leadership and guidance to enhance team performance. Implement aseptic techniques in all relevant procedures to ensure safety and quality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular training sessions on medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology for team members. Monitor operational workflows to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in sterile processing or a related field. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively. Ability to implement aseptic techniques consistently in all operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
