We're looking for friendly, outgoing seasonal team members to help us welcome visitors and share the flavors of Northern Michigan. We're a locally loved stop in a busy tourist town, known for our smoked fish and carefully curated selection of regional specialties - from maple syrup and honey to cheeses and jams made right here in the Northern Michigan. lf you're a foodie who !aves talking with people, thrives in a lively environment, and brings a warm, larger-than-life personality to everything you do, you'll feel right at home at Big Andy's. What You'll Do Greet customers and create a welcoming, memorable experience for locals and tourists alike Provide deli-style counter service, including portioning, wrapping, and serving fresh and smoked fish, jerky, and other specialty items Share product knowledge, offer samples, and help guests discover smoked fish and locally made specialty foods Ring up purchases and keep the market running smoothly Maintain clean, well-stocked, and inviting displays Help bring the fun, friendly spirit of Big Andy's to life (our Bigfoot logo sets the tone) Who You Are Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with people all day Excited about food, especially local and regional products Positive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Retail or food service experience is helpful, but personality and enthusiasm matter most Position Details Full-time and part-time opportunities available If you enjoy sharing great food, telling a few stories, and helping visitors experience the best of Northern Michigan, we'd love to meet you.
