at One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, United States Job Description MBLP Hotel Owner, LLC - One & Only Moonlight Basin, Big Sky, Montana, Gallatin County F&B Attendant - 25 temporary full-time positions. 6/1/2026 - 9/30/2026. Offer exceptional service to our guests in our dining restaurants, banquet venues, lobby lounge, and other guest food and beverage venues. Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings. Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas. Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls. Make Dining reservations and maintain electronic data. Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages. Greet and communicate to patrons, provide menus, take orders, enter orders in the POS systems, cash handling and proper sales documenting, maintain stock of foods and drinks, and maintain a professional demeanor and always complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. May be required to take alcoholic drink orders, mix and serve drinks to patrons. Set and clear tables for service, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards. May include some outdoor venue service and pool service such as serving, food running or other roles associated with outdoor F&B operation. Must have 3 months food service experience (luxury level preferred). Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs, must be able to walk and stand through the duration of shift, must be able to lift and carry a service tray complete with dishes, must provide great guest service and a hospitality attitude, follow directives and guidance from leadership, and must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and communicate in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings.

Normal shift time required of workers include: 6am - 2:30pm, 7am - 3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm, 3pm-12am, 4pm-1am, 7pm-7am. Holidays and weekends included. Workers will work at least 35 hours per week and will work holidays, weekends, spilt, and rotate shifts $12.50+ tips

, guarantee $16.37. $24.56 PER HOUR OT. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. On the job training will be provided, if necessary, but it is not required. Opportunity for merit increases and bonuses based on company policies. Services charges may be available.

Employer will use a single workweek to compute wage due. Employer uses a Sunday - Saturday workweek as the standard for computing wages due and are paid bi-weekly. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. Employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Workers have the option to live in Employer provided housing. $162.50 - $184.61 weekly. $600 deposit in three installments of $200payroll deducted. Housing costs will be payroll deducted if employee elects to make use of them. One meal per shift at no additional cost. Uniforms are provided. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer will provide subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging). If the workers require reimbursement for any transportation costs, and subsistence (including meals and lodging), the employer will reimburse workers in the first week.
