Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Wellness Guide to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals on their journey towards an improved state of well-being. Your expertise in health the health and wellness benefits will provide clients with the knowledge to achieve their wellness goals while fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. Responsibilities Educate clients on our provided wellness services (float tanks, HALO IR sauna, full-spectrum IR sauna, vibroacoustic therapy, and cold plunge). Schedule clients for upcoming services. Check out clients that have not already paid using POS and encourage clients to schedule additional services and sign up for memberships. Laundry as needed for used towels and robes. Provide customer tours of the facility and our available services. Respond to customer emails. Clean the rooms after completed services and prepare items for the next client. Deep clean of each room once a week. Check each float tank room for any leaks or anything out of the ordinary. Test float tanks for H2o2 & PH levels Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients. Friendly and welcoming attitude with the ability to hold a conversation with anyone. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Genuine passion for promoting health and well-being in others. Prior service industry experience is a plus. Prior knowledge of our services is a huge plus.
